Customers decide more easily when they can see a piece of furniture or a home accessory in their own four walls beforehand, instead of only imagining it. In this app, they photograph their room with a phone, pick a product from the catalogue and place it on walls or on the floor, true to scale and in the correct perspective.
The result is a photorealistic image of their own room with the product in it, right in the browser, with nothing to install. That is a digital version of what used to be an on-site visit, where goods were brought to the customer’s home on approval so they could judge them in their own room.
The catalogue, the choice of AI models and the look of the app stay entirely in your hands.
What ports as-is
- The image processing in the browser that fits the product into the photo precisely and without distortion
- Placing the product by dragging it or by its corner handles, with no prior skill needed
- Floor and wall mode for both kinds of placement
- Rotation and a realistic drop shadow
- Calibration against a reference point so the size is genuinely accurate
- The catalogue and AI service behind it
- An image analysis step that reads the vanishing point and wall suitability of the photo, with a sensible default when it is unsure
- A cache for rooms already analysed
- A quality check that scores every generated image and feeds its rejection reasons into the next attempt
- A model selection configurable from the admin area
- An installable web app (PWA), with no app store needed
- Automated test runs (CI) and an end-to-end test suite that checks the whole flow continuously
What we build for you
- The catalogue itself: records, product images and real-world dimensions, plus the default room size per category
- The brand look and a guide for the app's copy
- Sample room photos
- The choice of AI models and the access keys
- The social media preview images
- The domain
- Server slot and database
The perspective math, the quality check and the admin area are ready and only need setting up.
