Any business running its own control center for several of its own customers, for example an IT service provider or a maintenance company, quickly ends up maintaining a separate collection of data for each one side by side. Every new application then means the same setup work all over again.
This foundation instead keeps every customer in one single, cleanly separated system: customers, access and permissions, the whole estate of servers, applications and domains, quality results, configuration values, and access credentials stored only as a name and a location, never in plain text.
The data model for this already exists and compiles. What is still missing is the actual interface to the outside, which today is still the technical starting template. Structurally, nothing new needs to be built for another customer, just a few steps for access and data.
