Every processing stage writes its own log line, with an ID that lets a single run, for example one scan or one generated article, be traced from start to end without gaps. Costs come straight from the provider’s own billing data. Progress and running cost are sent live to the screen, so nobody has to wait for the result to know where a run stands. That means an unusually expensive run stands out immediately.
