The person who knows a department was renamed, or that a new shareholder has joined, keeps the network current by typing a sentence, instead of opening a form that hardly anyone uses anyway. An assistant answers questions about the network at the same time, and turns an ordinary sentence into a new entry or reconciles it with an existing one.

That keeps the map current even when nobody sets aside dedicated time for upkeep, because a change is entered as quickly as it is mentioned.

What ports as-is

  • The chat panel over the network
  • The check for whether an entry is new or belongs to an existing one, before it is saved
  • Creating, changing and linking people and relationships behind the scenes
  • A list of AI models maintained by admins, whose access keys are never shown in plain text
  • A usage limit per person for the assistant

What we build for you

  • Your own types of people and relationships
  • Your set of fields
  • The rule for when an entry counts as a duplicate and when as a new record
