The more people work on a network, the bigger the risk that someone accidentally deletes or misenters something. Here, contributors only propose their changes; an authorised person alone reviews and applies them. Data quality holds up even when many people are allowed to contribute.

New contributors join through a tamper-proof invite link, with no account request needed, and incomplete knowledge still has a place: an approximate date or an uncertain detail can still be recorded, instead of staying out until everything is certain.

What ports as-is

  • The flow where changes are proposed first and approved afterward
  • Separate roles, with a read-only mode for visitors
  • Tamper-proof invite links: the link itself decides whether someone becomes a member or only a visitor, and that cannot be changed afterward
  • The ability to record incomplete or approximate details anyway

What we build for you

  • Your own roles
  • Who is allowed to approve what
  • How long an invite stays valid
