A separate customer-facing booking app: the people affected by a scheduled visit get a tokenized, time-limited link, see the free slots for their building or address, and pick one without creating an account. Rebooking releases the old slot back into the pool instead of deleting it, and mails are rendered from the correct slot so a cancellation names the time actually given up.
