Delivery data from across your whole project portfolio imports cleanly and is checked before it is even read in, so a single malformed entry cannot cost the whole batch. You do not have to check afterwards whether an hour got counted twice, or sort by hand which project it belongs to: duplicate entries are caught, and every hour lands automatically with the right project.
What ports as-is
- Every entry is checked before import; if something is wrong, you are told exactly what and where, not just that the import failed.
- Delivery data from every client project is read in safely, without changing anything in the original project.
- Importing the same entry twice never creates a duplicate, so an import can be safely re-run.
- If a project folder gets renamed, its billing history stays linked to it.
- Time marked as parallel work or unbilled is automatically left out of what gets billed.
