Uploading a video by hand usually means writing the title and description a second time and keeping an eye on whether they still match the website. If an upload fails partway, it starts over from the beginning.
A finished video is published to your company channel at the press of a button. The title and description come straight from your page’s own text, so no second text needs to be maintained. If an upload breaks off, it continues exactly where it stopped.
Before access to the channel expires, the system gives advance notice, not only once a publish attempt has already failed.
