Use Cases
- A sole trader books a voucher once and doesn't want the VAT filing to end up different from the annual declaration. A voucher booked once appears automatically in both and in the customer overview.
- A job is finished, and the hours worked need to turn straight into an invoice with letterhead and bank details, without retyping the breakdown by hand. The booked amount and your own time record combine into the finished invoice in one step.
- The company logo changes, and every future invoice should carry the new look without touching the software. The new letterhead goes in by upload.
- An old invoice needs reissuing, say because the customer lost the original. Any past invoice can be regenerated unchanged.
What we build for you
- The chart of accounts and the annual-declaration key figures are built for an Austrian one-person business, so another legal form or country needs both remapped. After that, the setup covers your invoice layout and numbering, company sign-in, sending mailbox, document storage and the opening balances from your existing vouchers.
- Hourly rate and line-item breakdown
- Time-record format behind the hours breakdown
- Letterhead, logo and footer legal text
